*”Mahe Moharrum auruske rozo ki
fazilat”*
Mahe Moharrum (Muharrum ka mahina) islami saal ka jise qamri ya hijri saal ka sabse pehla mahin kaha jata hai . Qamri mahino ke naam zamane jahiliyat se hi chale arahe hai siwaye muharram ke pehle iska naam safar-awwal tha jise tabdeel karke “Muharram” rakha gya.

Allama ibn Manjur رحمه
الله farmate hai :- “arbo ne iska naam
muharram isliye rakha kyu ke woh ladayi jhagde ko isme jayz tasawwur nhi karte
the”. (leesaan al arab 12/121)
Jabke imam ibn kaseer رحمه الله famrate hai ke:- is mahine ki hurmat me ta’qeed paida karne ke liye iska naam muharram rakha gya kyu ke arab is maah ke sath khilwaad karte the pas isse kisi saal halal karar de lete to kisi saal hurmat wala qarar de lete ( Tafseer ibn kaseer bit tehqeeq abdur razzaq almahdi 3/347)

*”Maah e Muharram ke fazail”*
1) Yeh qamri ya hijri saal ka sabse pehla mahina hai
Islami mahino me sabse pehla mahina Maah Muharram hai Aur dusre lafzo me yu keh lijiye ke islami saal ka aghaaz maah muharram se hota hai jese isaayio ke saal ka aghaaz January se hota hai.
2) Yeh hurmat wale mahino me se ek mahina hai
1) Yeh qamri ya hijri saal ka sabse pehla mahina hai

إِنَّ
عِدَّةَ الشُّهُورِ عِندَ اللَّهِ اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ
يَوْمَ خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ
Maheenon ki ginti Allah kay nazdeek kitab Allah mein baara(12) ki hai ussi din say jab say aasman-o-zamin ko uss ney peda kiya hai inn mein say char hurmat-o-adab kay hain. (Al-Quran Surah Tawba 36)

In 4 hurmat wale mahino wazahat karte hue Rasulallah ﷺ ne farmaya :-
السَّنَةُ
اثْنَا عَشَرَ شَهْرًا، مِنْهَا أَرْبَعَةٌ حُرُمٌ، ثَلاَثَةٌ مُتَوَالِيَاتٌ: ذُو القَعْدَةِ وَذُو الحِجَّةِ
وَالمُحَرَّمُ، وَرَجَبُ مُضَرَ، الَّذِي بَيْنَ جُمَادَى وَشَعْبَانَ
“saal me 12 mahine hai un me se 4 hurmat wale hai 3 musعَلَيْهِ السَّلَامal yani lagatarr hai zulqaidah, zill hijjah , muharram aur rajab mazar hai jo jamadil akhir aur shabaan ke darmiyan hai (bukhari 3197)
3) Yeh un mahino me se jinme Allah ﷻ ne bil-khusus apni jaano par zulm karne se mana farmaya hai
“فَلَا تَظْلِمُوا فِيهِنَّ أَنفُسَكُمْ”
tum inn maheenon mein apni janon per zulm na kero
( Al-Quran Surah Tawba 36)
Mumaniyat ki wajah yeh hai ki in mahino me
na farmanio karne ka gunah badh jata hai jesa ki Hazrat Qatadah رحمه الله (surah tawba 36 )
ki babat farmate hai ki :- hurmat wale mahino me zulm ka gunah aur bhoj
dusre mahono ki banisbat badh jata hai aur zulm ka gunah garche har waqt badahta
hai lekin Allah ﷻ apni shariayt me se jis chij ko chahe azmat bakhs de (tafseer tabri 11/444)
Aur imam ibn kaseer رحمه الله farfmate hai :-
yani in hurmat wale mahino me apni jaano par zulm mat karo kyu ki zulm in
mahino me banisbat dusre mahino ke gunah ke aitbaar se zyada hai jesa ke Allah
ke is qawl “ jo bhi is masjid e haram me zulm ke sath ilhaad ka irada karega hum
usse dardnaak azaab chakahyge “.ki wajah se se balad haram ne gunah badha
diya jate hai isi tarah hurmat wale mahino me bhi gunah badha diye jaate hai (
ibn kaseer 3/348)
4) Yeh Allah ka mahina hai
5) Yeh ramzaan ke baad Afzal tareen rozo wala mahina hai

Sayedna abu Huraira رضي الله عنه famrate hai ke Nabi e
kareem ﷺ ne farmaya :-
أَفْضَلُ
الصِّيَامِ، بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ، شَهْرُ اللهِ الْمُحَرَّمُ، وَأَفْضَلُ الصَّلَاةِ
ramzaan ke baad sabse Afzal roze maah mohrraam
ke roze hai jo ke Allah ka mahina hai ( sahi muslim 1163)
Wajeh rahe ki wese to saare mahine Allah ke
hai lekin jab kisi chij ko Allah ki tarf mansub kya jata hai to us se us chijh ki
tazeem maqsood hoti hai jesa ki Allah ﷻ ka farmaan
hai نَاقَةَ اللَّهِ
وَسُقْيَاهَا
(shams 13)
6) Yeh woh mahina hai jiski 10vi tarikh
ki ek tareekhi ehsiyat hai aur is din ke roze ki badi fazilat hai
Sayedna Abdullah bin Abbas رضي الله عنه bayan farmate hai ke Jab Rasulallah ﷺ jab Medina Munawwara Tashreef laye to apne dekha ke yahudi youm e Ashura ka roza rakhte ha Aaap ﷺ ne unse pucha tum is din ka roza kyu rakhte ho unhone kaha yeh ek azeem din hai usme Allah ﷻ ne musa عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام aur unki qoum ko nizaat di aur firwan aur uski qaoum ko garq kiya chunanche musa عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام ne is din ka roza shukrane ke taur par rakha isliye hum bhi is din ka roza rakhte hai is par aap ne farmaya فَنَحْنُ أَحَقُّ وَأَوْلَى بِمُوسَى مِنْكُمْ tb to hum zyada haq rakhte hai aur tumhari banisbat hum musa عَلَيْهِ السَّلَام se zyada qareeb hai fir Aap ﷺ ne khud bhi us din ka roza rakha aur sahaba kiram ko roza rakhhne ka hukm diya (muslim 1130)
aur youm Ashura 10 muharram ko kehte hai jesa ke sayeda Ayeshaرضي الله عنه

hadees se sabit hota hai aap رضي الله عنها farmati hai nabi kareem ﷺ ne 10 muharram ko yaoum Ashura ka roza rakhne ka hukm diya

Aur iswke roze ki fazilat bayan karte hu
rasulallah ﷺ ne farmaya :- وَصِيَامُ يَوْمِ عَاشُورَاءَ، أَحْتَسِبُ عَلَى اللهِ أَنْ
يُكَفِّرَ السَّنَةَ الَّتِي قَبْلَهُ youm Ashura ke
roze ke mutalliq mujhe Allah se umeed hai ke woh gujishta saal ke tamam
sagheera gunah ko muaaf farma dega (myuslim 1162)
faida youm e Ashura aur uske roze ki babat tafseel ke liye dekhiye raaqim ka mazmun youm e Ashura aur uska roza ke fazail aur masail

Maah muharram ke rozo ki fazilat sayedna
Abu Huraira رضي الله عنه bayan farmate hai ke Rasulallah
ﷺ se daryaft kiya gaya ke ramzan Mubarak ke baad konse roze Afzal
hai ? to Aap ﷺ ne farmaya :- أَفْضَلُ الصِّيَامِ،
بَعْدَ رَمَضَانَ، شَهْرُ اللهِ الْمُحَرَّمُ sabse afzal roze maah muharram ke roze hai jo ke Allah ka mahina ha ( sahi muslim 1163)
Malum hua ke maah muharram ke roze nihayat
fazilat wale hai lekin afsos sada afsos aaj musalmaano ka ek giroh us ba barqat
maah me bakasrat roze rakhne aur degair ibadat ko aanjaam dene ke bajaye ghayro
ki ijaad karda bidat me malus rehta hai aur apne un amaal ko mustehsan aur
Afzal amal samjh kar baja lata hai halake deen se unka zarra barabar bhi talluq
nhi
Allah hum sabko in bureamaal woh hurafat se
bachaye
Aur maah muhraam me zyada se zyada nek amaal
karne aur muasiyat se koso dur rehne ki toufeeq bakhshe aur bator e khaas is
maah me bakasrat roze rakhne ki toufeq bakshe ameen.
*Chand zaeef aur mawzu rivayatein*
1) Rasulallah ﷺ ne farmaya :- “سيد
الأشهر المحرم”..tamam mahino ka sardaar muharram hai.. (musnad firdaus 2/204 Shaikh
Albani ne isse Silsila ahadees zaeef me zaeef kaha hai dekhe 8/206 )

Hazrat Naumaan bin Sa’d se ri rivayat karte hue farmate hai ek aadmi ne sayedna
Ali se sawaal kara ke aap mujhe ramzaan Mubarak ke baad kisi mahine me roza
rakhne ka hukm dete hai ?? to unhone us aadmi se kaha me fakat us shaqs ko us chij
ke baare me sawal karte suna hai jisne rasulallah se meri mojudgi me sawal kiya
ke EY Allah ek rasul App mujhe ramzaan ul Mubarak ke baad kis mahine me roza
rakhne ka hukm dete hai to aapne kaha
كُنْتَ صَائِمًا بَعْدَ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ فَصُمُ الْمُحَرَّمَ،
فَإِنَّهُ شَهْرُ اللهِ، فِيهِ يَوْمٌ تَابَ فِيهِ عَلَى قَوْمٍ، وَيَتُوبُ فِيهِ
عَلَى قَوْمٍ آخَرِينَ.”
agar tum ramzaan ke baad roza rakhna chahte ho to maah muharram me roza rakho kyu ke woh
Allah ka mahina hai isme ek esa din hai jism Allah ﷻ ne ek qoum ki tauba qubul farmayi thi aur isi me ek dusri qoum ki bhi tawba farmayga ( tirmizi 741 wazaeef albani )
3) Raulallah ﷺ ne farmaya jisne maah muharram ka ek din bhi roza rakh to usko
har din ke badle 30 din ke roze ka sawaab milega ( moazzam sagheer 2/164 mawzu
albani )
4) Rasulallah ﷺ ne farmaya:- مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمَانِ مِنَ الْمُحَرَّمِ فَلَهُ بِكُلِّ يَوْمٍ
ثَلَاثِينَ حَسَنَةً “
jisne ma muharram me ek din roza rakha to uskohar din ke badle 30 nekiya milegi”

5) Rasulallah ﷺ ne farmaya jisne maah zill hajj ke akhri din aur maah muharram
ke pehle din ka roza rakha to usne guzishta saal ka ikhtetaam aur aainda saal ki
shuruwaat roze se ki to Allah ﷻ uske liye is amaal ko (50
saal ka kaffara bana deta hai )
6) Rasulallah ﷺ ne farmaya jisne maah muharram ke ibtedayi 9 din ke roze rakhe
to Allah uske liye fiza me ek esa qubba banata hai jo ek meel choda aur ek meel
lamba hai aur uske 4 darwaze hai ( Al
